Nicky Hilton's fairytale wedding to take place in Kensington Palace
It looks like Nicky Hilton's wedding is shaping up to be the wedding of the summer. The fashion designer and her fiancé James Rothschild are rumoured to be tying the knot in the most glamorous of places, Kensington Palace.
The couple, who became engaged in August 2014, will celebrate their 10 July nuptials "at the palace's Orangery in front of hundreds of guests", according to the New York Post's Page Six.

The Orangery is located within Kensington Gardens and is licensed for civil weddings and allows for receptions on its terrace. It is also located next door to Prince William and Kate's apartment.
The bride, who will reportedly wear a bespoke Valentino wedding dress, alluded to her fairytale nuptials just last week when she celebrated her bridal shower.
Nicky shared photos of the "fairy-tale bridal shower", Held at Hillcrest Country Club in Los Angeles, on her Instagram page.
The Orangery is located next to Prince William and Kate's Kensington apartment
"Thank you for the most beautiful bridal shower," she wrote alongside a snap of a gorgeous table filled with floral arrangements and over 20 place settings.
Pride of place at the end of the table was a large fairy tale-style book , with the words inside reading: "Once upon a time, Nicky Hilton and James Rothchild's love story..."
Guests included her mum, Kathy Hilton, and Nicole Richie's mum, but sadly not Nicky's older sister, Paris, who revealed on her Instagram page that she had to be in Spain for work commitments.
Nicky looked stunning at her shower, wearing a white crochet dress paired with gold strappy sandals, and showing off her tan which she got during a weekend trip to Mexico.
In another picture she shared a group shot, writing: "Loved seeing these beautiful girls today!" and in another, she shared some of the funny presents that her friends gifted her during the shower.
Thirty-one-year-old Nicky and James, who is a British banker, first met in 2011 at the wedding of Petra Ecclestone and James Stunt in Odescalchi castle.

Michelle Keegan's wedding hair: get the look
Michelle Keegan's thick and flowing hair has long been the envy of many women, and on her wedding day the brunette beauty was nothing short of sensational. Michelle, whose wedding to DJ and radio host Mark Wright was covered exclusively by HELLO! magazine, opted to have two hairstyles on her big day.
See this week's issue of HELLO! magazine out now for the exclusive interview and wedding album
As any meticulous bride would do, Michelle scoured through different looks before deciding what worked best with her exquisite wedding gown.
With the help of her hairdresser Lisa Laudat, the Ordinary Lies actress chose a half-up half-down style that completed her breathtaking image.

Michelle Keegan looked at her favourite hair icons for inspiration
"Michelle and I had discussed the wedding hair by pulling inspiration from our favourite hair icons," Lisa told HELLO! magazine in an exclusive chat.
"Up until the last minute it could have been up or down, but after seeing the dress I suggested soft luxe waves framing her face, with her hair gently pulled back on the top to create height and structure.
"I achieved this look by applying Aveda's Phomollient Styling Foam and then doing a gorgeous blow out to keep the hair looking glossy for the all day celebrations. I then sectioned off the hair, backcombed at the root and pinned everything in to place all ready for the veil which completed the look."

For the reception the new Mrs Wright left her hair down
For the reception at Hengrave Hall in Suffolk, Michelle removed her dreamy, delicate Italian veil from Peter Langner, so she could dance the night away and greet her 200 guests as the new Mrs Wright.
She also changed into a 1950s style dress – so that Mark, a former Strictly Come Dancing contestant, could easily perform "the lift" during their Dirty Dancing-inspired routine.
Michelle was keen to spend as much time with her family and friends as possible, so only slipped away for a bit to have her hair retouched.
"I unpinned the hair, spraying a little of the Bumble and bumble Thickening Spray before whizzing through each sections using my T3 wand tongs," revealed hairdresser Lisa.
"Michelle didn't want to spend too much time away from the party so I had to be super quick! I under-dressed the hair by pulling gently through with my fingers and then after a quick spritz of Elnett hairspray, off she ran back to the party."

Princess Madeleine of Sweden shares wedding photo on two-year anniversary
June is shaping up to be an especially exciting month for Princess Madeleine of Sweden. The heavily pregnant royal is due to welcome her second baby with husband Chris O'Neill any day now, and on Monday the couple also celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary.
Taking to Facebook to mark the special occasion, Madeleine posted a sweet throwback photo of herself and Chris gazing into each other's eyes.
"Today we celebrate 2 wonderful years as a married couple and we are excited for what the future will bring us!" Madeleine, who already has one daughter Princess Leonore, fittingly captioned the snap.
(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_GB/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));Princess Madeleine of Sweden married Chris O'Neill on 8 June 2013
The beautiful royal was the epitome of a fairytale bride on her June wedding day back in 2013, when she wore a breath-taking bespoke Valentino gown. Italian designer Valentino Garavani had stepped out of retirement specifically to create Madeleine's dress, an act he called "an honour" for a "beautiful" bride.
Both the princess and the fashion maestro were thrilled with the final result – a pleated silk organza gown with appliquéd Chantilly lace that showed off Madeleine's enviable figure.
(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_GB/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));The couple, who are expecting their second baby, are already parents to daughter Princess Leonore
Months have passed since that sunny day in Stockholm, and Madeleine and Chris are now expecting their second baby. When the little prince or princess arrives, as the couple have not revealed the gender of their baby, the couple will be looking after two children under the age of two, much like their English counterparts Prince William and Kate.
Madeleine's most recent appearance took place over the weekend, when she stepped out to celebrate Sweden's National Day with her family.
She has been temporarily residing in Stockholm – the city where she plans to give birth – for the past few months, having recently moved from New York where Chris worked as a businessman and a banker.
(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_GB/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));It is not yet known whether Princess Madeleine (pictured last year) will attend her brother's wedding, as she is due to give birth any day now
When the lovebirds and their daughter become a family of four, Madeleine plans to move her brood to London in the autumn. The 32-year-old lived in the capital when she was a teenager and is said to have loved it because she could be "anonymous".
The move would also make sense for Chris, as he often travels to London for business.
Because of the princess' imminent due date, it is not yet known whether Madeleine will attend the wedding of her older brother Carl Philip. The prince is set to marry his model fiancée Sofia Hellqvist on Saturday 13 June in the palace's royal chapel.

Michelle Keegan talks wedding dress details with HELLO!
With her faultless appearances and enviable figure, it's hard to believe that Michelle Keegan suffered any kind of wedding dress drama in the months leading up to her big day. The actress wore an exquisite bespoke ivory gown designed by Galia Lahav, but the glamorous creation wasn't the original outfit she had in mind.
See this week's issue of HELLO! magazine out now for Mark and Michelle's exclusive wedding album.

Michelle Keegan wore an exquisite bespoke ivory gown by Galia Lahav
"I had ordered another dress back in August but when I tried it again three months ago I didn't like it," said Michelle. "It wasn't the dress for me."
"I was struggling what to wear, what designer to go with, I was Googling and Instagramming all day and came across Galia, an Israeli designer not based in London," she added. "But then I saw that they were doing a trunk show at London on a weekend at Browns. They had clients booked all day but I managed to go in very early."
"I asked for more lace details around the deep V back," said Michelle
The final dress was custom-made for Michelle and featured French lace, Swarovski crystals, a cascading silk tulle fishtail and a plunging lace-trimmed deep-V back, which the star had specifically requested.
"I asked for the shape of neck to be changed and I had more lace details around the deep V back," said Michelle.
The 27-year-old teamed the dress that everyone has been talking about with a delicate Italian veil from Peter Langner. "The train of the veil was huge," said Michelle. "But I'm only going to get married once and it was always my dream to have a really long, dramatic veil."

Top tips for planning a wedding abroad
The trend to marry abroad is on the rise, with more couples seeking reliable weather, lower wedding costs and that exotic factor to make their nuptials stand out from the crowd.
But saying "I do" in a foreign country means even more forward planning, double checking you have all the paperwork and not overlooking the small details that are easy to forget.
Read on for the top nine things you need to think about when planning a wedding overseas, as compiled by experts MarryAbroad.co.uk...

Leave enough time for the paperwork...
Couples should make sure they allow plenty of time to sort out the marriage documents, which can take between three to six months to complete depending on the country.
Send save the dates early...
Couples should post "save the date" cards well in advance. The more notice given, the more likely friends and family will be able to fly over and save for the trip.
Look out for free ceremonies...
Caribbean or North American resorts often offer a "free" wedding ceremony, if couples stay for a certain number of nights or bring a certain number of guests.
Listen to the weatherman...
When choosing a dress, brides should always have the weather of the country in mind, at the particular time of year they plan to marry. A heavy wedding dress on a tropical beach may make brides look uncomfortable and overheated in the photos. Hurricane or rainy seasons may also not be an ideal time of year for outdoor weddings, which is particularly true of the Caribbean and South East Asia. If couples are flexible about the date, then they should consider getting married in low season when hotel rates are better.
Talk to the airline...
Most airlines will allow brides to bring their wedding dress as hand luggage, however brides would need to contact the airline directly prior to booking. Also, if a family is travelling together, the whole party should ask for a group travel rate to save even more money. Check a travel search comparison site such as momondo.co.uk to find the best, most suitable flights.
Book flights in your maiden name...
Brides should remember to book airline tickets in their maiden name, unless they change their name legally before they fly.
Don't forget all the paperwork...
Most countries require the following legal documents – passports; full birth certificates showing both parents' names; if divorced, original final divorce papers; if widowed, death certificate of former spouse; if the bride/groom has changed their name(s), legal proof of the change.
If marrying in a non-English speaking country then documents may need to be translated by an official translator and stamped with an apostille. In the UK the Foreign and Commonwealth Office can legalise documents for a small fee.
Two additional certificates may also be necessary – a certificate of no impediment to marriage which can be obtained from a local department of foreign affairs, registrar or embassy in the chosen country; a certificate of single status/sworn affidavit that you are free to marry. These are similar to a certificate of no impediment, but instead you have to swear you are single in front of a legal representative such as a solicitor or notary.
Don't forget the extras...
Apart from settling the balance of the actual wedding abroad, couples shouldn't forget the "little extras" that need to be budgeted for in the UK, such as travel and wedding insurance, getting documents translated (if required), and getting the correct documents legalised.
Check and compare currencies...
When choosing a destination, couples should check and compare currency exchange rates to save substantially on costs. For example, the pound is currently extremely strong against the euro. This makes European weddings much cheaper than last year – approximately 23 per cent cheaper in May 2015 compared to December 2014. Couples should secure quotes from a selection of Forex companies to obtain the best rates to transfer money to their wedding provider and not forget that rates will usually vary, depending on the amount of money being transferred. As an alternative option, begin a savings fund which links to its own MasterCARD and avoid being charged unseemly account fund transfer fees. Opening an account with German company Karatbars International GmbH is free and your account is transferable when needed.

How Would You Like to Compete With a Royal Wedding?
While there is something kind of neat about sharing a wedding anniversary with a royal couple, there are also a lot of headaches associated with it. Brides who had previously selected the April 2011 wedding date which was chosen by Prince William and Kate Middleton are facing an uphill battle to keep their wedding in the forefront of anyone's mind for that special date. After all, the royal wedding will be a national holiday in England - how many of other women can say that about their wedding dates? The reality is that many of the wedding guests may be wishing that they were watching the royal wedding, when they are attending the one to which they were invited. For that matter, the bride herself may be interested in seeing the royal wedding on television!
So what is an ordinary bride to do when she realizes that her wedding will be in competition with the wedding of the year? One option is to change the wedding date. That is not as crazy as it sounds, especially for brides who were planning to get married anywhere remotely near Westminster Abbey or on any of the streets in the vicinity. Remember the legions of fans who lined the route which Lady Diana Spencer's carriage traveled to take her to her wedding to Prince Charles? Surely that kind of scene will be repeated when Kate Middleton makes her approach to her wedding site in her custom bridal gown and royal jewelry, with all of the accompanying security and traffic snarls which you would expect. The ordinary bride who is getting married on April 29, 2011 may well find that just getting to her own wedding is a major struggle.
Of course, not every bride will be able to switch her wedding date, especially if deposits have already been made on the venue and vendors, so there will be plenty of women who share the royal wedding date. In that case, there are essentially two options: to either ignore the fact that there is another, more famous, wedding taking place at the same time, or to really embrace the royal wedding and to celebrate Kate and Prince William's marriage along with your own. Show a film of Kate and Prince William's vows at your wedding reception. Name the reception tables after famous places in the royal couple's life (St. Andrews, Kenya, Westminster Abbey, etc.). Rather than trying to ignore the elephant in the room, embrace it.
Brides who wish to keep the focus on their own weddings despite the shared date with the royal wedding would do well to plan an event in a very different style. Competing with any royal wedding head to head in terms of style is an impossibility for most regular folks, so don't even try! No matter how fabulous your wedding gown and custom bridal jewelry, they will not be instantly copied around the globe. No matter how happy the bride and groom are, their radiant faces will not be put on commemorate plates or postage stamps. So instead of attempting to put together a celebration with a grand style, go a different direction. Host an ultra-modern cocktail wedding in an art gallery or throw a picnic reception on a lawn out in the country. And of course, take heart that despite all the excitement of the royal wedding taking place on the same day as your own wedding, your family and friends will still be just as happy for you.
Finding the whole process of weddings and all the planning that goes into one fascinating, Laura writes about many of the considerations that brides have to deal with. Custom bridal jewelry will make any bride feel like royalty for her wedding day. Visit us today at http://silverlandjewelry.com/ and receive complimentary shipping on any jewelry order over $99.

Royal Wedding Inspired Ideas
The wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton has put the world into royal wedding frenzy. Many a bride-to-be has found herself taken with the idea for feeling like a royal bride on her wedding day. While we can't all marry a prince, anyone can have a regal wedding with these royal wedding inspired ideas.
Set the tone for your wedding with a grand motif. An embossed golden crown is a stunning motif with a decidedly royal flavor. Use it on the wedding invitations, on custom cocktail napkins, on the programs, and even the favors. The regal crown will definitely give your wedding a royal feeling. Another great regal motif is the fleur-de-lis. It feels just as grand and royal as a crown motif, but can be a bit more understated. For a more subtle royal motif, consider golden bees, which were a sign of the French royalty.
Rich colors are an excellent way to give your wedding that royal feeling. Deep purple is the ultimate royal color, and can be used throughout your wedding in everything from the bridesmaid dresses to the flowers to custom sets of bridal jewelry. If purple is not your style, consider a rich burgundy color to impart a regal feeling to your wedding. Last but not least, do not overlook the possibility of navy. When paired with golden crown or fleur-de-lis motifs, navy will absolutely be elegant and royal.
Every princess bride needs a spectacular wedding gown! True royal brides tend to select styles which are more traditional than trendy. Sumptuous silk satin or silk taffeta, fine lace, and metallic embroidery are among the details to look for in a bridal gown fit for a princess. Cap sleeves, full skirts, and long trains are other regal features to seek in royal inspired wedding gowns. A princess should always look like a lady, so avoid dresses which are too tight or revealing. A small tiara and a veil will enhance your regal style. Perfect finishing touches such as sparkling couture bridal jewelry sets will complete the grand effect.
At the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, there will be a fanfare band. If you really want to have the feeling of a royal wedding at your own nuptials, why not hire your own regal trumpeters? They can stand in the back of the church and announce the arrival of the bride as the doors open and the "Wedding March" begins. Small boys dressed as pages can roll out an aisle runner to further enhance the grandeur of the bridal processional. A royal wedding tends to have a big bridal party, so feel free to invite all of your little nieces and nephews to be in your ceremony, along with the usual contingent of bridesmaids and groomsmen.
A final royal inspired wedding idea is a grand wedding cake. Choose a towering confection with at least five tiers for the regal effect (use Styrofoam as faux layers if you do not really need that much cake). Traditional white or ivory royal icing over a rich fruitcake is the traditional dessert for British royalty. Ornate white and gold decorations like swags, crowns, or fleurs-des-lis are the perfect adornments for such a grand cake. Many royal grooms have historically been in the armed services; if your groom happens to be in the military, you may wish to use his ceremonial sword to cut the wedding cake (check with his branch of the service about the regulations). A grand wedding cake is the perfect ending to a royal inspired wedding that will make you truly feel like a princess for a day.

According to the many news channels, Prince Williams and Kate Middleton are very much looking forward to their wedding day. From their selection of organic cake, there is abuzz that they would prefer they might be planning for eco-friendly wedding. However if they choose green wedding according to the speculation then the selection of wedding favours would be souvenirs that are kinder to the environment of our mother planet Earth.
Wedding favours that are earth friendly and that would go with the theme of royal wedding would match along the spring season. Spring is associated with colours, joys, happiness and flowers. Prince Williams and Kate Middleton can very much go for the traditional wedding favours like plates, mugs or commemorative coins, etc. Items like these might be hot favourite of many who are collectors of official and unofficial collectibles. If the tendency amongst the Prince Williams's subjects is anything to go by then expect eco-friendly wedding favours to be in making already.
The Royal wedding, which is commencing in the most romantic and beautiful time of year perfect for exchanging vows, spring, everyone must be thinking what royal bride and groom choose to give as wedding gifts to her bridesmaid and groomsmen. Like the wedding gown and other details, the royal wedding favours may also be a subject of secrecy and protected but one can imagine what they might choose as it is fun to speculate about the type wedding presents Prince Williams and Kate Middleton might choose to give to their wedding guests.
The big trend inspired by Royalty! Can be predicted anything that glitters will be the stylish message for couples supposed to be in the wedlock in 2011. Besides the eco-friendly, the trend seems to be building towards the personalization - unique approach, indeed. The personality of the royal prince and his lovely wife would reflect through these interesting, dazzling crystal garlands, acrylic diamonds and mirror bases on the royalty tables. Wedding favours for the royal guests can be diamond fitted on bottle opener, candy buffet with themed take home bags full of chocolates, cookies fresh from the royal oven or crown design key chain rings.
With the personalization trend for this year the royal wedding mementos can be wedding chocolates, personalized candy box with bride and groom names, customized labels in chosen wedding colours. The guests would indeed feel very happy and proud to receive these royal wedding gifts collectibles in personalized and customized wrappers. If you are planning for wedding this year, you can also follow all these trends and go for a royal wedding yourself. British Royal Wedding - What Flowers Should a Princess Carry in Her Bridal Bouquet?
There are few events which inspire a sense of romance and intrigue as much as a Royal wedding. The upcoming British Royal nuptials mark an historic occasion which has the entire world hanging on every detail, from the gown to the flowers.
What choice should a Princess make for wedding flowers? The floral arrangement for a Royal wedding of this magnitude will set the trend for years to come. No doubt, every blushing bride will be stirred to create their own royal bouquet.
For any bride and groom, choosing the right arrangement of flowers is a fundamentally important part of the wedding planning. For a royal wedding, especially one that could be the British wedding of the century, the right flowers are even more important. Floral bouquets reflect the bride's sense of style as well as invoking a sense of grace and elegance to the event. Flowers quite often create the atmosphere, be it traditional and romantic or bold and modern.
Wedding flowers are more than just bouquets. They are used to adorn the lapels of the gentlemen in the service, as well as to denote special guests. Candelabra's and table decorations quite often use flowers as a focal point to enhance the mood for the event.
Any celebrity wedding will certainly have florists stocking their coolers with similar arrangements for summer weddings. When a well known person marries and photos showing her bouquet are released after the big day, replicas of her arrangement will likely be the hottest pick of the season.
British royal weddings have a long standing tradition that often incorporates protocol with personality, with many brides using flowers in symbolic tributes on their gowns. A Royal bride may choose to include the national flower of Wales, the daffodil, as part of her train on her gown or as part of her bouquet. Traditional favourites for royal wedding flowers include lily of the valley.
One thing most do agree upon; future Princesses will undoubtedly follow the tradition of surrendering her flower bouquet to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier after the service. This heartfelt gesture began with the Queen Mother, who lost two brothers in World War One, and has been carried on by many royals since, including Princess Diana.
As for the bouquet, we all must simply wait and see which beautiful flowers will grace the British royal weddings of the future, as Royal Princesses set new and modern trends for the world to follow.
Here is more information about the traditions involved in Royal Weddings.

William And Kate´s $100 Million Dollar Royal Wedding? Here Is What To Expect
As many have predicted, the wedding will likely be a colossal event at one of London's massive Cathedrals. Because we are in an economic recession, with a British government that is imposing strict sanctions, a royal wedding is just what is needed to revive the enthusiasm and mood of the public.
Engagement rumors have followed the couple for years. But the couple needed time to sort out complicated pre-nuptial and legal arrangements.
Kate will perform the same kind of public service work that other royal ladies engage in -- from what I know about Kate, she will be quite content with this role. It's a full time job being a wife to the future king. Kate is well suited for the royal family. Will Kate become a media star and a celebrity, just as Diana was? Given her looks and sense of style, most likely, she will.
Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding is set to be one of the most eminent events of this century. Millions of people are already mesmerized about the big day. This article has all of the details of what to expect from the ultimate royal $100 million dollar British wedding.
LOCATION: Westminster Abbey, the famous 1,000-year-old church, which has historically been the site of important occasions such as coronations, weddings and funerals, is the most appropriate venue. British kings and queens were crowned there. Princess Diana's funeral was held there. It can hold 2,200 guests. The only people allowed to marry there are members of royal heritage, abbey staff and members of the ceremonial Order of the Bath and their families. Only about a dozen or so weddings are held there each year.
ESTIMATED COST: The wedding of Prince Charles and Princess Diana in 1981 cost approximately $45 million dollars. This wedding is expected to cost more than double that amount: A little under $100 million dollars. With this price tag, anticipate seeing a very lavish affair; one with majestic pomp and circumstance of breathtaking proportions.
WHO PAYS? Money for the festivities may come from several sources: the annual government funding given to the royal household to pay for salaries and official functions. (Approximately $12 million annually) The Queen may personally pay for it. Charles is expected to pay some of the bill, and Kate's self-made millionaire parents might also contribute.
DATE: A Saturday in July or August seems like a reasonable possibility. An awe-inspiring royal wedding of this caliber takes into account the schedules of all the other royal guests, celebrities and heads of state. Schedules are usually planned a year in advance.
June is already full with activities: Trooping of the Color (the Queen's birthday parade), and Royal Ascot. Prince Philip's 90th birthday is on June 10, and William's own birthday is on June 21. We probably won't have to wait long for the date and venue to be announced.
THE WEDDING PARTY: Prince William's younger brother Prince Harry is expected to be his best man and Kate's sister, Pippa, will be her maid of honor.
THE DRESS: Regarding the bride's dress, Kate is practical and will be more toned down than Diana was. Kate won't wear a big, billowy, ball gown as Princess Diana did. It will be a beautiful, slimming white dress, with a dramatic train. She will be crowned with a glittering tiara: either Princess Diana's "Spencer Heirloom" tiara, or another tiara loaned to her by the Queen.
Most haute couture designers would dive at the opportunity to dress the future princess on this momentous occasion, since the gown is sure to be a prototype piece for years to come. This piece of couture will set wedding fashion standards around the world.
HIS SUIT: He will wear a traditional dark colored military uniform, a sash, a ladder of medals across his breast, medallions under his heart, gold-braided cord, fringed epaulets, a sword, gloves and a white cap.
FAMOUS GUEST LIST: Kate is a commoner who will be welcomed into the Royal Family. The guest list will be overflowing with political figures, heads of state, celebrity friends and acquaintances including: Barack and Michelle Obama, Tony Blair, Elton John, and Sir Richard Branson. We can also expect royals from Sweden, Norway, Asia Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, the Middle East and Jordan.
PRE-WEDDING FESTIVITIES: Prior to the wedding, on a Friday, a select group of guests (mostly European, Asian, and Middle East Royal families) will arrive at a gorgeous castle venue for a luncheon. The dress code will be business chic: pantsuits and blazers.
On the Friday evening prior to the wedding, guests will attend a spectacular pre-wedding concert. Dress code will be black tie and chiffon gowns, with no tiaras, medallions or regalia. After guests are seated in the concert hall, a symphony orchestra will begin to play and the wedding couple will come out on stage. Kate and William will be greeted by the audience's thunderous applause. They will proceed to sit in a special box and a beautiful classical concert begins. Numerous contemporary pop artists will come on stage, singing songs as the audience claps along. For the grand finale, the bridal couple will be brought back on stage; surrounded by a swarm of children in flowered crowns, who sing and wave colorful royal flags.
WEDDING DAY: Guests will arrive in extraordinary and ornamental costume into a courtyard brimming with uniformed guards; swords drawn in formation. They then walk slowly on a colored carpet, stopping every ten feet or so to pose for photographs. The pageantry and sheer number of military guards is astounding. Guests then enter the church. Their big emerald tiaras, their dazzling necklaces glimmer in the sunlight. Their satin and billowing chiffon gowns move gently in the breeze. Cross-body sashes, adorned with pins, mementos and family memorabilia, finish their outfits.
Many men will arrive draped in military attire, with shoulder epaulets trimmed like a gold-fringed trellis. An overwhelming plethora of military medals, ceremonial ribbons, neck medallions and eight pointed stars might adorn their chest. They usually finish their look with a set of white gloves, a feathered hat and a gleaming sword.
The bride might arrive in a classic stretch Rolls Royce, with her father; serenaded by roving violins, and a children's choir. Trumpets will blare within the church to sound her appearance.
As the bride enters the foyer, guests usually rotate in their seats and crane their necks to see her. The orchestra will begin a classical marching piece, as seven young children move the bridal procession forward. The bride should tend to move too, with her arm in her father's; her tiara most-likely glittering.
A long train of pure white fabric will trail behind her, as three bridesmaids monitor it's movement.
The religious ceremony will commence. After the couple recites their vows, they will place rings on their fingers.
An enormous choir will then bellow out a song of celebration. A pop star might serenade the bride with a romantic song -- perhaps something out of a Disney movie.
AFTER THE CEREMONY: Afterwards, William and Kate will get into a horse-drawn carriage, and will travel down the streets of London, probably to the dock.
At this juncture, the streets will be lined with colorful soldiers, situated every three feet. When the couple arrives at the waterfront, they might embark on a royal boat or barge. They will now be under the protection of an array of naval ships, and uniformed personnel. At this point, the air force will send a fleet of ear-splitting jets in tight formation to fly overhead. Sailing around the harbor for a short awhile, they will arrive at another dock. A military procession of Calvary brigades, equipped with beautiful horses and feathered helmets will escort the royal couple in a coach down the Pall Mall towards Buckingham Palace. Citizens are typically lined up on all the procession routes, hoping to get a glimpse of the couple kissing. All through the city streets, stationed on either side of the avenues, are colorful soldiers. When the couple arrives at the royal palace, they normally shake hands with guests and receive congratulations. As with previous tradition, they come out onto a large balcony and wave to the multitudes below. A choir and band perform music in the background.
RECEPTION/BANQUET: A spectacular banquet will be held at Buckingham Palace. Guests are greeted by blowing horns. Each guest is escorted to their seat by a stamping soldier clad in ancient metal armor and feathered hat.
Massive long tables are decorated with ornate silver candelabras, lighted candles, silver and crystal sculptures, gold colored chairs, and spectacular flowers. The budget for flowers will run into the millions of dollars. Each guest is assigned a liveried footman; who will pull out their chair. Speeches and toasts are made in honor of the couple. Blowing trumpets announce every speech by fur-clad musicians.
CAKE: The cake will consist of a multitude of tiers. Probably white creame with a fruit (strawberry or raspberry) filling. After dinner, the couple will approach the towering cake, and cut a slice.
WEDDING DANCE: After the cake ceremony, the orchestra ignites with beautiful music, as the couple dances a waltz. The parents of the couple join in too.
FIREWORKS: A dazzling fireworks display will illuminate the skyline of London.
HONEYMOON: The couple will most likely take a honeymoon on an exclusive private island oasis, such as in Bali, Fiji or Bora Bora.
MARRIED COUPLE: More than likely, the Queen will confer upon William a title such as the Duke of Cambridge. His new wife will then become HRH, the Duchess of Cambridge.
Once William is finished with his RAF duties, the royal couple might conceivably move into a Georgian manor house that Prince Charles built in Herefordshire. It is a very comfortable and fitting residence for a future king and queen.
